What happens after the free trial?
After your 7-day trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue using FeedbackDesk. If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only — you can still log in and view your data, but you won't be able to send new feedback requests or add customers. No data is ever deleted.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. If you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
How do customers receive feedback requests?
You add customer email addresses individually or via CSV import, and FeedbackDesk sends branded email requests on your behalf. The email invites customers to rate their experience on your private feedback page. Happy customers are then guided to leave a Google review.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Customer data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with row-level security, meaning each business can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS, and we never share your data with third parties.
Can I use FeedbackDesk for multiple locations?
Yes. The Growth plan supports up to 5 locations, each with its own feedback page, Google review link, and settings. All locations are managed from a single dashboard login. For more than 5 locations, get in touch about our Enterprise plan.
Do I need any technical knowledge to get started?
Not at all. The setup wizard guides you through everything in under five minutes. You just need your business name, a Google review link (we show you how to find it), and optionally your logo. No coding or website changes required.
