Your reputation is better than
your review count suggests.

Most businesses rely on customers to leave reviews unprompted. Most customers don't. FeedbackDesk closes the gap — automated requests after every job, two follow-up reminders, and a one-tap path to Google for every customer who responds. More reviews, less effort, and a rating that actually reflects the quality of your work.

Features

Stop losing reviews you've already earned

Happy customers forget to post. Unhappy ones remember forever. FeedbackDesk fixes the balance.

One inbox for every review

Auto-import your Google reviews daily and showcase your best ones on your website via an embeddable widget. See your full review history, approve what shows on your site, and track everything in one place.

Hear about problems first

Your branded page asks every customer for a score and a comment. Low scores land in your dashboard straight away, so you can put things right fast. Every customer then gets the same one-tap link to your Google reviews — no filtering, fully within Google's rules.

Ask once. Follow up forever.

Send a feedback request, then forget about it. FeedbackDesk sends two follow-up reminders on your schedule. Most reviews come from the second reminder — which nobody sends manually.

Know exactly where you stand

NPS scores, rating trends, customer activity, and AI-powered insights that tell you what customers actually think. One-click PDF export for client or management reporting.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about FeedbackDesk.

What happens after the free trial?
After your 7-day trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue using FeedbackDesk. If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only — you can still log in and view your data, but you won't be able to send new feedback requests or add customers. No data is ever deleted.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. If you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
How do customers receive feedback requests?
You add customer email addresses individually or via CSV import, and FeedbackDesk sends branded email requests on your behalf. The email invites customers to rate their experience on your private feedback page. Every customer is then invited to leave a Google review — we never filter who gets asked.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Customer data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with row-level security, meaning each business can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS, and we never share your data with third parties.
Can I use FeedbackDesk for multiple locations?
Yes. The Growth plan supports up to 5 locations, each with its own feedback page, Google review link, and settings. All locations are managed from a single dashboard login. For more than 5 locations, get in touch about our Enterprise plan.
Do I need any technical knowledge to get started?
Not at all. The setup wizard guides you through everything in under five minutes. You just need your business name, a Google review link (we show you how to find it), and optionally your logo. No coding or website changes required.

Your competitors are asking
for reviews. Are you?

5 minutes to set up. Results in the first week.
